######Distribution of Points and Coins######

There will be three different point options available: _Points, Even, or Coins_. Each one handles the distribution of points and Ancient Beastcoins slightly different. Before joining, you will need to decide which point option you desire based on your gear needs.

**_Points_**
Choosing points will ensure you receive the highest amount of points during a limbus run; however, you will also be getting no coins at all. The amount of points received is 4.

**_Even_**
Choosing even will give you a blend of points and coins. You will get the second highest amount of points and you will get half the coins of what coins people get. The amount of points received is 2.

**_Coins_**
Choosing coins will ensure that you get the maximum amount coins to be distributed at the end of the run. By doing this you will receive the lowest amount of points. The amount of points received is 1.

Coins earned from runs may be used however those who receive them choose. Points will be used for bidding (see below). You may change your points option before or after any run by contacting a sackholder. Before a run means any time before the gather time. In other words, you cannot change your point preferences mid-run.

All members present receive 2 points, but no coins, on Omega runs because of the low volume of coins that are usually acquired from him. If his Gunpods yield enough coins to distribute, normal points distribution will take effect.

In the event that a run is canceled, all members present will receive 1 point, regardless of point preference.

######Easy Point Bonuses######

In addition to these options, a bonus is applied to those that notify before-hand whether they will be attending a run in the "Schedule" section. Doing so greatly improves our ability to leave at the scheduled time if not earlier since job assignments can be given promptly.

If one RSVPs them self as "Attending" prior to a run and actually attends the run, he will receive a bonus of 1 point for that day's run. If, however, one says he will attend and does **_not_** attend, he will **_not_** receive the bonus.

In the case that one cannot attend a run and schedules himself as "Not Attending", whether he makes the run or not he will receive a 1 point bonus since notification was given.

"Maybe Attending" will not receive any bonus points since it's ultimately the same as not scheduling anything at all and doesn't expedite the job assigning process.

Coin distribution will also be affected by this bonus. After each run, any spare Ancient Beastcoins will go into a separate pool. This pool is reserved for "Coins" or "Even" members that schedule themselves on the calendar. After an Omega pop set is complete, all coins in this pool will be distributed to those who both selected "Coins" and "Even" **_and_** who scheduled themselves on the calendar for the runs said coins were obtained in.

Bonus points will be added in the "Adjustment" section of the DKP site. These adjustments will be awarded upon their corresponding runs when the DKP page is updated after the run is completed.

######Bidding######

You'll notice on the DKP site that there is a Attendance % column and a Calculated points list. The DKP site will factor in the % attendance a member has had in the last 30 days in calculating the points a member can bid with. The Calculated Points column shows that value.

In order to improve the effectiveness of exchanging points for gear, some adjustments have been made.

When it comes time to exchange points for drops, the bidding process should be commenced in the following format:

> [Bid]

For example, if Omega's Foreleg drops (Homam Manopolas) and I wanted to bid 5 points for it I would type in linkshell chat "Foreleg 5".

Please try to keep the concurrent with the drops as they appear from Omega. While "Hands 5" or "Homam Manopolas 5" are essentially bids for the same item, it's more simple to keep the bid names identical with the items as the appear in the treasure pool. This expedites the bidding process.

All bidders have the responsibility of knowing their available points to spend. Asking me how many points you have to bid with subtracts time from the bidding process which must occur quickly to beat the 5 minute window before the game auto-sorts the drops. The DKP page is kept up-to-date and is available 24/7, so being unaware of your amount to bid doesn't warrant asking me.
