Blind and I have been making a lot of casseroles lately using recipes from a magazine our mom sent us. We've been surprised with a lot of them and decided to share the ones we've made so far with you guys. I'll start by posting what we ate tonight.

So I decided after having this meal that it was indeed epic, and seeing as I can't exactly mail each of you a taste I thought you should have the recipe. Here goes:

###Ham Broccoli Bake

~ 6-8 servings

######Ingredients

1. 1 pound of Cubed fully cooked Ham
2. 16oz of Elbow Macaroni (I like the big kind, but w/e size you like is fine)
3. 1 Fresh Broccoli head
4. 1 Can of Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
5. 8oz Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
6. 4oz Shredded Monetary Jack mixed cheese
7. A little bit of Milk
8. A few spoon fulls of Sour Cream
9. 2 Small Onions
10. About a tablespoon of Pepper
11. Crushed Potato Chips (we used Lays Original Wavy)
* * *

######Directions
Ok to start out start cook the macaroni as it says on the bag or box.

While that is going you'll want a big mixing bowl a chopping knife and a cutting board

Here is a good video for dicing an onion:

You'll want to dice your onions and chop your broccoli

Add to the mixing bowl the:
1. Diced onion
2. Chopped broccoli
3. Ham
4. Soup
5. Milk
6. Sour cream
7. Cheese
8. Pepper

And mix that all together pretty well.

About this time your macaroni should be done, drain it and then add it to the mixing bowl.

Once it is all mixed well add it to a 2 1/2 quart casserole dish. We used this:

Sprinkle a little bit of Mozzarella on top and then top with the crushed potato chips.

Bake for 20-25 min at 350 or until bubbly

Enjoy!
